i'm a teacher. open my own tuition centre with my friend! 5 years already!
these 5 years, i saw a lot of things in my life!!
many ppl say do business should 奸，but i really dun realize that, tuition line also alot of things that is very unfair!!!
like today! one of my students come to me said that some of her sister friends complaint my centre is not good!!simply find some bad teacher for them!!!
after i ask , i just found that, the students is S.m 3 student!
when the school just start this year, one of my old students come to me said their school teacher is not good, ask me to open one s.m 3 art stream mathematics for them, and i said we dun have the class! but he say he really cant find a good teachers. n he request me to open the tuition class for them!!then we just try to find some good teacher for them!
after a month, we receive a call from school teacher.he said he is so experienced in teaching mathematic!!haha!!so we just arrange a trial class for the students!!!
remmeber , is a trial class!! we never charge any fees from the students!!but we need to pay a trial class fee for the teacher!!and we had told the students!if the teacher good!!we only will open the class!!!we ask the students opinion only decide!!!
after that!!!the teacher is not good!!student unhappy with the teacher! n we said we lookinf for other teacher!
in this kind of case!!we pay!!!but we din earn!!!
then the student still need to said our centre not good!!!simply find a teacher for them!!!!!!!
in this case, what have we done wrong!!??because we too kind to find teacher for them??
